SPINACH ROLLS image

10oz. frozen chopped spinach
16oz. sour cream
12oz. tub of cream cheese
1 pack Ranch salad dressing mix
1 bunch of green onions, finely chopped
A dash or two of cayenne pepper
8 burrito-size flour tortilla 1 jar of salsa

Steps:

  • Instructions • Thaw spinach and drain well. • Mix together sour cream, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning; stir until relatively smooth. • Mix in spinach and green onions. • Add cayenne pepper to taste. • Spread on first half of tortilla and roll up. Repeat for remaining tortillas. • Place on cookie sheet, cover well, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. • Slice and serve with salsa.
