Steps:
- Mix flour, milk, and baking powder to the 3 well-beaten eggs. Thaw spinach in microwave and squeeze out excess water then add to mixture. Mix in shredded cheese. Melt butter in microwave and spread on bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Spread spinach mixture on top of butter then sprinkle seasoning salt on top. Bake 350 for 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Cut into small squares. Good reheated in microwave.
