I'm not a big fan of spinach, but this dish was surprisingly good. The cheese and turkey really balanced out the flavor.

This recipe looked promising but was ultimately disappointing. The flavors were bland and the dish was dry. I would not recommend this recipe.

This recipe was delicious! I used ground chicken instead of turkey and it turned out great. The spinach and mushrooms added a lot of flavor and the noodles were cooked perfectly. I will definitely be making this again!
