Spring Breeze Cheesecake image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (8-ounce) container non-dairy frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 Keebler® Ready Crust® graham cracker pie crust

Steps:

  • 1. In small mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Beat until combined. Fold in whipped topping. Spread in crust.2. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.*NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.
