What a delicious way to prepare Squash Casserole! I think the addition of the cream of chicken soup is brilliant. Needless to say, there were no leftovers at my house!

Steps:
- 1. Boil squash until tender. Drain water.
- 2. Add butter, Cream of Chicken Soup, onion, salt and pepper and egg. Stir in well.
- 3. Add corn bread crumbs over top.
- 4. Bake 350 degrees for about 30-45 minutes.
