I can't recall where recipe came from but this is as good as any take-out from your local Chinese restaurant. I'm not sure about prep and cook times.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover vegetables. I often add whatever vegetables I have on hand, and it always turns out delicious.

This recipe was a bit too spicy for my taste. I think I would have preferred it if there was less chili pepper in the sauce. Otherwise, it was a good recipe.

I'm not a fan of celery, so I omitted it from the recipe. I also added some broccoli and carrots. The dish was still really good, even without the celery.

I had a hard time finding some of the ingredients for this recipe. I ended up using a different type of noodle and a different type of sauce. The dish still turned out good, but it wasn't quite the same as the recipe.

This recipe was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred it if there was less sugar in the sauce. Otherwise, it was a good recipe.
