3 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
4 tablespoons butter, for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Grease muffin tins and heat the pan for 15 minutes.
  • Beat the eggs; add the milk, oil and salt.
  • Add the flour and beat until smooth.
  • Pour batter evenly into hot popover pan.
  • Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve with butter.
