This is a great recipe for a healthy and delicious side dish. The potatoes are steamed, so they're low in fat, and the vinaigrette is made with olive oil, which is a healthy fat.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover potatoes. I always have a few leftover potatoes after making mashed potatoes or roasted potatoes, and this is a great way to use them up.

I'm not a fan of dill, so I substituted parsley in the vinaigrette. It was still delicious!

I followed the recipe exactly and the potatoes turned out perfectly. They were fluffy and tender on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. The vinaigrette was also delicious. I will definitely be making this again.

This recipe was disappointing. The potatoes were bland and the vinaigrette was too acidic. I wouldn't recommend it.
