Usually I have to eat a bunch of pancakes to get full, but the steel cut oats provide great nourishment and so I only end up having to eat a few pancakes to get full.

- 1. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl
- 2. Combine the wet ingredients in a small bowl
- 3. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- 4. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto a greased griddle and cook till golden brown on each side
- 5. I enjoy eating these with either fresh cut up fruit or apple sauce
