I'm not a big fan of fruit salads, but this one is really good. The flavors and textures all work well together. I especially like the addition of the mint.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover fruit. I had some strawberries and mandarins that were about to go bad, so I threw them together with some almonds and poppy seed dressing. It was a delicious and easy snack.
