Strawberry and Mango Bruschetta Dessert image

From Chef Ryan Nolan of the Water City Grill. I have made this a few times now and it is delicious and beautiful. Most recently I made this with Lorrie in Montreal's Recipe #322067 #322067. I highly suggest trying these recipes together.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my bruschetta turned out soggy. I think I might have used too much balsamic vinegar.

I'm not a big fan of mangoes, but I really enjoyed this dessert. The strawberries and the balsamic vinegar balanced out the sweetness of the mangoes perfectly.
