Steps:
- 1. Preheat the over 350 2-9" pans or 3-8" pans Spray the pans with bakers joy
- 2. Mix all the cake ingredients together and pour in pans. Bake until done and let completely cool
- 3. Mix the frosting ingredients and ice the layers and cake.
