STRAWBERRY SPINACH SALAD W/BACON-EGG & FETA CHSE
This simple & easy salad is one where you can add as much or as little as you want for the number of people you are serving. Steps:
- 1. Boil eggs, cool, peel then quarter and set aside till needed.
- 2. Pour bottled dressing in a small bowl drizzle in the honey, then whisk together till blended. Then add in the bacon bits and whisk or stir again.
- 3. Add spinach to a large bowl, then drizzle in about 1/2 to 3/4 of the salad dressing, tossing as you coat the spinach leaves. Save remaining dressing for extra if desired.
- 4. Pour spinach onto a large platter, add the strawberry slices, over top of the entire salad.
- 5. Add the feta cheese crumbles. Then arrange egg quarters over the surface of the salad and around the outer edge of the salad.
- 6. Add additional bacon crumbles if desired. Serve and enjoy.
