I received this recipe from my mother in law. I have never had any left over but I'm sure it would be delicious the next day as well. It's an easy elegant dessert to take to a potluck and looks especially festive in a trifle bowl.

I've tried many strawberry yumyum recipes before, but this one is by far the best. The crust is flaky and the filling is creamy and delicious.

I was a little hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a big fan of strawberries, but I'm so glad I did! The strawberries and cream cheese filling was amazing, and the crust was the perfect complement.
