I'm allergic to cheese. Can I substitute another ingredient for the ricotta cheese?

This recipe seems a bit complicated. Is there a simpler version?

This recipe is a fail. The manicotti shells were overcooked and the filling was dry. I would not recommend this recipe.

The manicotti was a bit bland for my taste, but the sauce was delicious. I would recommend adding more spices to the filling next time.

This was my first time making stuffed manicotti, and it turned out great! The recipe was easy to follow and the dish was delicious. I will definitely be making this again.

I'm not a huge fan of manicotti, but this recipe changed my mind. The shells were soft and tender, and the filling was creamy and flavorful. I would definitely make this again.

This stuffed manicotti recipe is a keeper! The manicotti shells were cooked to perfection and the filling was flavorful and cheesy. I especially loved the addition of spinach, which gave the dish a nice pop of color and nutrients.
