My husband is not a fan of mushrooms and he loved this dish. Also I have a very picky two year old who also enjoyed this dish. I myself have never made stuffed mushrooms and these were with out a doubt the best I have ever tasted.

The stuffed mushrooms were a bit too oily for my taste. I think I'll use less butter next time.

I had a hard time finding large mushroom caps. I ended up using smaller ones and they didn't hold as much stuffing.

The stuffed mushrooms were a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some more seasoning next time.

The combination of flavors in these stuffed mushrooms is amazing. The mushrooms are savory and earthy, the stuffing is creamy and cheesy, and the breadcrumbs add a nice crunch.
