Steps:
- Grease a 9x13 pan with Pam or oil. Remove crust from bread and cube bread. Line bottom of pan with cubed bread. Cook and drain sausage. Sprinkle cooked sausage over bread. Sprinkle cheees and mushrooms over pan. In a separate bowl, lightly beat eggs, then add cream & milk. Stir in seasonings, then pour egg mixture over casserole. Refigerate overnight. In the morning, bake at 350 degrees for 45 min - 1 hour, until slightly browned on top.
