Sugar Free Fruit Dip image

This is a recipe I created because I my Diabetes. I usually use a recipe that called for marshmallow fluff but I thought that it had too much sugar. This is also lower in fat.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 (1 1/3 ounce) box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup skim milk
8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchatel Cheese)
8 ounces sugar-free whipped topping

Steps:

  • mix pudding with milk still smooth,add cream cheese and beat til smooth then fold in and mix well sugar free whipped topping.
