Sugar-Free Strawberry Banana Delight Jello Salad image

This is an excellent low-calorie, sugar-free recipe for holiday meals. Many of the older people in my family have diabetes and this allows them to partake in dessert.

This jello salad is a great way to use up leftover fruit. I always have a few strawberries and bananas that are about to go bad, so this is a great way to use them up.

I'm not a big fan of jello salad, but this one is actually really good. It's not too sweet and the fruit is really fresh.

The only thing I would change about this recipe is to add a little bit of whipped cream or yogurt on top. It would make it even more delicious.
