3 tablespoons minute tapioca
1 egg
1/3 cup Splenda granular
2 3/4 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • In a saucepan mix tapioca, egg, splenda and milk. Let set 5 minutes.
  • Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Take off heat and add vanilla.
