Steps:
- Season the chicken breast with a little salt and peppper and then grill until done (approximately 20 min. depending on temperature of grill. For the viniagrette, whisk together the olive oil, orange juice and sugar until combined. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss mixed greens with vinaigrette until lightly coated. Arrange on on to different plates. Arrange the fruit, mushrooms, and feta on top of the greens. Slice the grilled chicken. Place the sliced chicken breast on both salads and enjoy.
