Super Bowl Taco Showdown image

Truth be told, we could sit down in front of the big game and make quite a dent in this delicious dish all by ourselves! It's addictive... and easy!

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 lettuce chopped
1 medium onion chopped
2 c sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 can(s) kidney beans
1 bag doritos tortillo chips (crushed)
1 bottle wishbone italian dressing
1 bottle pace picante sauce (optional)
1 container sour cream (optional)
1 jar(s) olives (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Saute ground beef or ground turkey. Drain. Add taco seasoning. Let cool.
  • 2. In large bowl mix ground beef or ground turkey, lettuce, onion, sharp cheddar cheese, kidney beans and 1/2 bottle of Wishbone Italian dressing. Crush Doritos Tortilla chips. Add to mixture.
  • 3. Mix well. Add Pace Picante Sauce, sour cream and olives if desired. Enjoy
