Super Easy Oven BBQ Ribs image

If these were any easier, they would cook thenselves. NOTE: When mine are finished in the oven, I like to get a little carmelazation on them by cooking them for 5 minutes over a HOT charcoal grill

Categories     Ribs

Time 3h10m

Number Of Ingredients 2

3 racks of pork baby back ribs
18 oz your favorite bbq sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Using a knife, slice into the membrane on the back of the ribs (the white part) and use your hand and a paper towel to pull it off. Place entire rack of ribs in center of a LARGE foil and brush with BBQ sauce on both sides. Wrap well in foil to seal and place on baking sheet.
  • 2. Bake in 275 degree oven for two (2) hours. Remove from oven and open foil. Baste top with remaining BBQ sauce and place back in oven, with foil still open, for an hour, or until sauce is nice and thick.
