SUPER MOIST APPLE CAKE
You can use any variety of apple that you prefer; you can also make this with or without the nuts, and may substitute another type of nut instead of walnuts. Steps:
- 1. Mix the Canola oil with the sugar until well blended.
- 2. Add the salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and eggs....mix well. Slowly add flour and mix well again.
- 3. Into the mixture, fold the apples and walnuts with a wooden spoon and stir well.
- 4. Place mixture into a 9 X 13 ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
