Steps:
- 1. you can have your ham ground at the store or market, or if you have a grinder (hand crank or attachment for your mixture, grind down two pounds worth and set aside.
- 2. in a blender crush 2 packages of graham crackers
- 3. mix ham,beef,crackers,eggs and milk together. Use an ice cream scoop to form balls place into a deep dish.
- 4. Pre heat oven to 325*
- 5. mix soup,brown sugar,vinegar and dry mustard with a whisk. pour over ham balls and bake for 2 hours uncovered. basting 3 times while cooking.
- 6. Will hold in oven for an additional hour at 250* Enjoy!
