Swedish Style Steak image

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 1/2 pounds eye of round
1 beef bouillon, crumbled
3/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 medium onion, sliced
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon xantham gum

Steps:

  • 1. Cut steak into serving-size pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in a crock-pot. Add dill, onion, bouillon cube and 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.2. Remove meat. Thicken juices with about 1 teaspoon xanthan gum.
