My whole family loved this dish! Even my picky kids ate it up. It's a great way to get them to eat their vegetables. I will definitely be making this again.

I'm a vegetarian, so I used tofu instead of chicken. It turned out great! The tofu absorbed all the delicious flavors of the sauce. I also added some extra vegetables, like broccoli and carrots.

I love spicy food, so I added extra chili flakes to my bowl. It was the perfect amount of heat for me. The sauce was also very flavorful, with a nice balance of sweet and savory.
