Sweet Potato Cheese Ball image

This is real good and an easy way to use up any leftover sweet potatoes no matter what is mixed with them just add these ingredients in also. So good with bread sticks, vegetables, of crackers.

Number Of Ingredients 7

8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 c cold mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 c finely chopped green onions, some tops too
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce, or more
1/4 c chopped pecans or walnuts

Steps:

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and potatoes until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Shape into a ball or log; cover and refrigerate until firm (about 3 more hours). Serve with crackers, bread sticks or vegetables spears.
