This recipe comes from my great Grand mother. She made it at Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- 2. Pour nondairy creamer into a bowl, add sweet potatoes.
- 3. In a separate bowl beat together eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and slivered almonds and then mix with sweet potato mixture.
- 4. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole and dot with butter.
- 5. Bake for 45 minutes. Just before serving, pour bourbon or rum( if desired).
- 6. Top with chopped pecans.
