SWEET VIDALIA ONION DRESSING image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 c sugar (I used Splenda)
1 t salt
1 t dry mustard
1 t celery seeds
1 med. vidalia onion, grated
3/4 c vinegar
2 T olive oil

Steps:

  • In small saucepan, mix first 4 ingredients. Add grated onion add olive oil and vinegar, Heat till sugar is melted. Cool and refrigerate Reheat and use to wilt lettuce or serve cold on salad.
