A very easy and filling breakfast/brunch dish, whether it's for "just the family" or overnight guests. Breaks the boredom of everyday bacon and eggs. Tastes great too!

Steps:
- 1. Mix the baking mix and water until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 20 strokes. Gently smooth into ball on floured surface and knead 10 times. Pat into 13x9" baking dish with floured hands, 1/2" up the sides of dish.
- 2. Top dough with cheese slices, overlapping edges. Sprinkle with bacon. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bacon.
- 3. Bake in a 425-degree oven until knife inserted near center comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Cool slightly and cut into squares.
