Steps:
- 1. scoop potato flesh out of peel. keep warm
- 2. fry country ham pieces an a frying pan for 3-4 minutes
- 3. preheat deep fryer to 350 degrees. fry green beans for 3 minutes or until green beans are crispy...not too brown. slice green beans on a bias
- 4. mash potatoes in a mixing bowl. add butter, everglades and pepper. mix well. fold in chives, seafood sauce, sour cream, 1/2 green beans & 1/2 ham. heat potato mixture in microwave for 2-3 minutes
- 5. add potato mixture back into the warm potato skins. top with remaining green beans and ham. serve and enjoy!
