Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Add beef and mix well. Press into greased loaf pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. Serve with salsa, sour cream and cheese if desired.
