Number Of Ingredients 7
Steps:
- 1. Lighty combine all ingredients except salsa queso.
- 2. Form large meatballs and place in bundt pan overlapping, then slighty pat into pan. Top with some salsa or taco sauce. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 45min.
- 3. Let meatloaf rest for 10 min. Flip onto plate. melt cheese sauce and drizzel on top. Slice and serve with on lettuce with cilantra, salsa, and sour cream.
