It's a quick & easy supper idea.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 can(s) (15oz.each) chef boyardee beefaroni
1 can(s) (14.5)hunt's diced tomatoes,drained
1 can(s) (15oz.) rosarita premium whole black beans,drained,rinsed
1 c frozen corn
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 c mexican blend shredded cheese
1/2 c broken yellow tortilla chips

Steps:

  • 1. Stir together all ingredients,execpt cheese and chips,in saucepan.
  • 2. Bring to a boil.Reduce heat,cover and simmer 15 minutes.Sprinkle with cheese and chips.
