This is very good! It is a combination of a taco and a burrito. I got this from the Colorado Cache cookbook. Prep time approximate. Cook time does not include making the white sauce.

The tacoritos were a bit greasy, but they were still really good. I especially liked the crispy wonton wrappers.

I'm not a huge fan of wonton wrappers, but these tacoritos were still really good. The filling was flavorful and the cheese was melted and gooey.
