I'm not a huge fan of boiled beef, but this recipe was a pleasant surprise. The beef was cooked perfectly and the broth was very flavorful. I served it with mashed potatoes and green beans, and it was a hit with my family.

This Tafelspitz recipe is a bit time-consuming, but it's definitely worth it. The beef is fall-apart tender and the broth is so rich and flavorful. I like to serve it with horseradish sauce, mashed potatoes, and green beans.
