TART CHERRY AND GINGER MARGARITA
A tipple of ginger liqueur adds zip and complexity to this tart cherry riff on a margarita. To prep a batch for friends, add the ingredients to a jar the night before and refrigerate. When cocktail hour arrives you can simply add ice to the jar, stir, and strain the ruby red elixir into glasses.

- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add tequila, ginger liqueur, cherry juice, and lime juice. Gently stir about 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass; garnish with cherry and ginger slice. Serve immediately.
