Tennessee Caviar Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 12

2 15 oz black eye peas
2 15 oz black beans
1 15 oz whole kernel corn
Place all items in a colander and rinse well. Washing away the sodium.
Add
1 15 oz diced tomatoes
1 16 oz salsa (mild, medium or hot)
1 pkt of Good Season Italian Dressing, (mix oil and vinegar as instructed on the packet.)
1 small can of chopped green chilies
1 chopped green pepper
3 cloves of garlic
Big splash of balsamic vinegar

Steps:

  • Mix well. Will keep in the refrigerator for several days. This is a wonderful party dip that was given to me by a dear friend, Debbie Hill.
