This recipe is not suitable for people with lactose intolerance. I would recommend using a dairy-free milk alternative instead of heavy cream.

I had some trouble finding Mexican chocolate. I ended up using a combination of dark chocolate and cinnamon.

The mousse was a bit too firm for my liking. I would recommend whipping the cream a little less next time.

I found this recipe to be a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less sugar next time.
