3/4 C. soy sauce
1/4 C. lemon juice
1 tbls. chili sauce
1 tbls. brown sugar
1 garlic clove, crushed
Boneless pork chops **

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour over meat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours prior to heating. Either bake or grill to your liking. ** Also good with chicken!
