1 1/2 lbs ground dark turkey meat
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons ginger
3 egg whites
1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1/2 cup mushroom
1/2 cup diced onion

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and put into a loaf pan. Back for 45 minutes.
