Texas Torte image

A great appetizer from Southern Living.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 large eggs
1/2 c milk
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 can(s) 4.5 oz. can mild green chilies, chopped and undrained
1 pkg 8-oz. package sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c monterey jack cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • 1. Stir together first 4 ingredients; stir in chilies and cheeses.
  • 2. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 11 x 17 inch baking dish.
  • 3. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes or until set. Cool and cut into squares.
