- 1. Put the tomato juice and worcestershire sauce into a food processor and process gently until combined. Add the chopped chile, scallions, and ice cubes and process until smooth.
- 2. Pour the mixture into glasses and garnish with chili flowers. Add straws and serve.
- 3. To make the chile flowers, use a sharp knife to make six cuts along each chile. Place the point of the knife about 1/2 inch from the stem end ans cut toward the tip. Put the chiles in a bowl of ice water and let stand for 25 -30 minutes until they have spread out into flower shapes.
