This soup was a bit too spicy for my taste, but it was still very good. I would definitely make this soup again, but I would reduce the amount of chili paste that I use.

I'm not a huge fan of coconut milk, but this soup was still very good. The flavors were well-balanced and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. I would definitely make this soup again, but I would use a different type of milk instead of coconut milk.

This soup was absolutely delicious! I used coconut milk instead of heavy cream and it was still very creamy. I also added some chopped carrots and celery to the soup for extra flavor. I will definitely be making this soup again.
