I made this marinade using chicken thighs instead of breasts. The thighs were so tender and juicy! I highly recommend using thighs if you want a really flavorful and succulent dish.

I'm allergic to peanuts, so I substituted almond butter for the peanut butter in the marinade. It turned out great! The almond butter added a nice nutty flavor to the chicken.

This marinade is a great starting point, but I added a few extra ingredients to give it a more personal touch. I used lemongrass, ginger, and kaffir lime leaves. The results were amazing!

I followed the recipe exactly, but the marinade didn't seem to do much for the chicken. It was still tasty, but it wasn't as flavorful as I was hoping for.

This marinade is a bit too spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. The chicken was very tender and flavorful. I would recommend using less chili pepper next time.

I'm not a huge fan of Thai food, but this marinade was surprisingly good. The flavors were well-balanced and not too spicy. I would definitely make this again.

This marinade is amazing! I used it on chicken breasts, and they turned out so tender and flavorful. The marinade is also really easy to make, so it's a great option for busy weeknights.

I've tried many different Thai marinade recipes, but this one is by far the best. The combination of flavors is perfect, and it really makes the chicken shine. I highly recommend this recipe.

I was skeptical at first, but this marinade really delivered. The chicken was so juicy and flavorful, and the marinade was easy to make. I'll definitely be making this again.

This marinade is a game-changer! The flavors are so complex and delicious, and it really tenderizes the chicken. I'll definitely be using this recipe again and again.
