Thanksgiving Spinach Salad image

I serve this spinach salad every year for our Thanksgiving dinner. The flavor of the apples and cinnamon make it great for the season. It's very quick and easy to prepare, too!

This salad was easy to make and very tasty. I used a mix of baby spinach and arugula, and added some chopped walnuts for extra crunch. The dressing was light and flavorful. I will definitely be making this salad again!
