Steps:
- Add 1 tbsp olive oil to large skillet. Add turkey, 1/2 tsp salt & 1/4 tsp pepper. Crumble and brown turkey. Add to large stockpot. In same skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil, diced onion, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Saute until onion is tender and translucent, about 6 minutes. Add to turkey in stockpot. Combine remaining ingredients and bring to simmer. Simmer for about 20 minutes to meld flavors. Salt and Pepper to taste.
