This came from a magazine many years ago, and the folks at Crisco must have sponsored it because there is a pict of the crisco tub on the recipie. At the bottom of the recipie it says from the Silver Palate Cookbook. These also are a softer cookie.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°
- 2. Spray baking sheet with non stick spray.
- 3. Cream together the Butter Flavor Crisco, brown sugar, egg, milk and vanilla in a large bowl.Beat at med speed until well blended.
- 4. Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt together.
- 5. Combine oats, flour mixture and cinnamon.
- 6. Stir in raisins, and nuts if using them.
- 7. Mix into creamed mixture at low speed just until blended.
- 8. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto greased baking sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
