Inspired by the "Snow Princess" dessert once served at the restaurant at Burdine's in Miami Beach, which came crowned with silver balls and a tiny doll. These are perfect served atop Recipe#433385.

These were so easy to make and they turned out so cute! I used a small cookie scoop to make them and they were the perfect size. I also added a little bit of almond extract to the dough and it gave them a really nice flavor.
